Match the gift to the trip
A conference delegation, frequent sales traveller and employee incentive group may carry different documents. Start by deciding whether you need a compact cover or space for cards and paperwork. Personalised passport covers are a sourcing brief until a suitable item and branding method are confirmed. The catalogue travel wallets are useful alternatives to compare, but should not be presented to recipients as a different format from the one ordered.
Keep recipient information controlled
For individual names, prepare one approved spelling list and nominate a person to check it. Supply only the information needed for personalisation; passport numbers and copies of identity documents are not needed for a normal branding enquiry. Decide whether the item should carry a company logo, recipient name or both, and ask how those choices affect the available space and quote.
Review a proof in context
Check the logo orientation when the wallet is held normally, the distance from seams and the visual balance of a long name. An attractive digital image does not prove the process is compatible with the selected surface. Confirm colour, product material and branding position on the written approval. If you need a physical sample, ask about availability and timing before scheduling the full order.
Allow for distribution
Give us the delivery address, quantities per destination and the date you need to hand out the gifts. Packaging and individual labelling should be requested rather than assumed included. Keep a copy of the approved product and artwork details so that a later repeat order can be compared accurately. A repeat may still require a fresh availability and pricing check.
